When Local restaurateur Jason Casella sought to convert the old Hoggs Breath cafe to an up-scale all day and late night lounge bar he engaged Hargreaves Design Group to bring the lounge bar vision to reality. Featuring grand entry with an impressive large wooden door with smokey glass side lights creates the instant feel of style & sophistication that sets the scene. As you enter the lounge bar the room is warmly lit by pendant lighting hanging from local jetty timber. The centre semi circled concrete bar top takes your eye to the huge display of spirits and glassware that lines the wall to the rear of the bar softly lit by cabinetry lighting. Salas was awarded Bronze for Excellence in the Small Bar Category Nov 2016 after only a few months operation recognising that Salas is the new go to place on the block.
